Closing ceremony of the School of Development and Engineering: Industrial Design

On December 13, 2021, the closing ceremony of the “School of Development and Engineering: Industrial Design” program was held. During the ceremony, students were awarded certificates of continuing education from the Institute for Innovative Technologies in Business.

In the year of science and technology, IITB together with the Cluster “Creonomyca” and the St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design conducted an educational intensive at the request of the city administration. As a result of the competition, 20 young engineers and scientists from St. Petersburg were selected.

The training took place at the IITB site and included lectures and practical exercises by leading specialists of Industry 4.0. Program participants gained experience in creating digital twins, digital engineering and industrial design, learned how to program and interact with industrial robots, cobots, VR /AR/MR and digital motion capture systems (MOCAP).
